Payment, Delivery & Postage

Payment for the enamelled jewellery shown on this website can be made securely by credit/debit card via the Paypal website (you do not need to have a Paypal account). You will be temporarily transfered to the Paypal website during the checkout process. The minimum order is £10.50 (including Postage & Packing). You may also pay by cheque if you prefer, details of payee and the address for cheques to be sent to will be shown in the payment process.
New Payment Method (only available in the U.K) -: Payment may now also be made using Pay Offline. This payment system is backed by the Post Office and Alliance & Leicester and enables customers to pay for goods ordered online without using a credit card. Goods are paid for over the counter at any Post Office or outlet showing the payzone sign either with cash or a debit card. Once payment is made in full and when the goods are ready, they will be sent. The minimum order value of £10.50 (including Postage & Packing) also applies in this case. See bottom of page for more information about using this method.
Where possible items will be supplied from stock. When this is not possible the jewellery will be made for you. It is expected that most orders will be dispatched within 14 days of ordering (or confirmation of payment in the case of Pay Offline), but you should allow up to 28 days for delivery. At busy times of year please order early and allow more time for delivery.
All orders have a basic delivery charge of £4.00 to the UK, £8.00 to Europe (for the purposes of this website, Europe includes all countries of continental Europe normally delivered to by the Royal Mail not just those within the Euro zone) and £12.00 to USA. As items ordered and sent overseas can be paid for in many local currencies, a small charge to cover currency conversion costs is included in the delivery price. Each item then has a postage & packing charge of 50p for most items, or £1 (£2 overseas) for large ones such as Scarf Clip and Silk Scarf Sets. All items will be sent by first class recorded delivery postage, or equivalent (if overseas).
As those of you who have seen my enamelled jewellery at events will be aware, a greater range of my work, than is on this website at present, is for sale at many shows throughout the year. Perhaps you would be interested to know that you can take advantage of a facility called 'Payment by Email'. This payment method would enable you to choose from my whole range of jewellery direct from the display, and to have it sent to you later. In this case, I would reserve the jewellery for you for an agreed period of time and you would need to provide me with an email address in order to pay. I would then use this address to send you confirmation of the cost (including Postage & Packing). Next, you would receive an email (from Paypal) requesting payment with a payment link. Clicking on this would transfer you to the Paypal website allowing you to pay securely, as above. Once I have been notified that the payment has been made, I would send the jewellery to you. Just ask about 'Payment by Email' at a show. Unfortunately, I am unable to take credit/debit card payments at events.
If you would like to buy items of jewellery that you have seen at a show which are not currently available on the website, you can email me to let me know what you require. I will let you know the cost and you can pay using 'Payment by Email' as detailed above. Postage and Packing and minimum credit/debit card payments are as for the website, however in this case there is no minimum order for payment by cheque. Please contact us.
Using
You can use PayOffline at any online shop where you see the PayOffline logo.

When you are ready to order your goods, select PayOffline as the payment option at the checkout. Once you have completed your order, you will then be presented with a barcode invoice to print out (or write down if you have no printer).

Take your barcode invoice to your nearest payment outlet before the expiry date to make your payment. PayOffline will notify the merchant of your payment and your goods will then be dispatched, when ready.
